Paypal are accepted as methods of payment. All transactions are in pounds sterling.
Delivery
Orders for Special Delivery next day delivery must be in stock and
received by 15:00 Monday - Friday Excluding Bank Holidays (UK
Only). All our Delivery Charges are based on item weight and
size (therefore delivery can be the same for multiple orders of lighter
or smaller items)Most deliveries are sent by Royal Mail.

Items paid through Paypal can only be delivered to payees address.

We are not VAT Registered. So No VAT will be added to prices

Returns & Refunds
Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied and Damaged Items
If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty
then All you need to do is to contact us on 07931 568389 and we will
explain our simple Returns Procedures and discuss with you the easiest
and most convenient way for you to return the item(s) to us. You should
then return the item(s) to us by the agreed method together with a copy
of original paperwork . Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of posting
as confirmation of delivery.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full value of the item(s)
subject to them being unused and in their original condition and
packaging.
Contract Information and Governing Law
A Contract is formed between you and Spiller Engraving only when you
have received confirmation that your order has been accepted and you are
notified of the order number on the screen and by E-Mail.
For the avoidance of doubt the Contract will be deemed to have been
concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with English Law and you and Spiller Engraving will agree
to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
You are permitted to copy and to print all or part of this website for
the purpose only of placing an order with Spiller Engraving. Any other
use or reproduction of this website or any of its components is strictly
prohibited without the prior written permission of Spiller Engraving
